ChargeFleet - Central API & ZiGGY Smart Ads

Build the central FastAPI server that receives EV charging requests and dispatches the closest ZiGGY robot. You will also integrate a local computer vision model to display targeted smart ads on the ZiGGY robot's screen when it reaches the customer.
